Earlier this week, the Bluff Room skin was closed down and deactivated from the Merge Gaming Network. A few days later, another skin, FeltStars, closed down, leaving another set of customers scrambling to have their accounts transferred to another skin from the Merge Network.
Both skins are currently advising their players to transfer their funds to another Merge site of their choosing, whether it?s an existing account on another one of the network?s skins, or a new account altogether.
In the case of FeltStars, the skin released an announcement to its players regarding the decision to separate from the Merge Network. ?The entire FeltStars Team would like thank all of our loyal players for all the years you have played poker on FeltStars,? the announcement on their site said.
?We are saddened to announce that we will be leaving online poker and no longer offer these services on our website. As most players already know FeltStars has operated as a partner of the Merge Gaming Network whom is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, so rest assured that the Merge Gaming Network has processed and holds all player funds.?
?Your balance is securely held by Merge Gaming and they will assist in transferring your funds to another partner.?
The departures of Bluff Room and FeltStars are only the two latest episodes of skins that have left the Merge Gaming Network. Earlier this year, Lock Poker left the Merge Gaming Network after it acquired the Cake Poker Network and renamed their new venture as Revolution Gaming.
Last month, Merge CEO Anthony Tailor also resigned from the company after serving as the CEO of the Merge Gaming Network.About
The influx of activity surrounding the Merge Gaming Network doesn?t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. For now, the only thing that matters is for players of both Bluff Room and FeltStars get their accounts on both skins settled down on another skin that?s still under the Merge Network.
